Amber, John’s loving and devoted golden retriever, passed away on November 15th, 2005 due to complications from cancer.

A staple of John’s SoHo salon for more than 10 years, she was truly a client favorite and the inspiration behind John’s highly successful Lavender Dog Shampoo.

Whether patrolling the salon, greeting clients, or lying lovingly at John’s feet while he worked, her presence is truly missed.
